For anyone whose site looks fine and converts nothing

A site that looks fine and converts nothing.

That's the most common website problem I'm handed, and it's an expensive one. Every other channel sends traffic somewhere. If that somewhere is slow, confusing, or built to impress a designer instead of a buyer, everything upstream leaks.

Month to month. Cancel anytime. You own every account and asset built for you.

Your website is the only asset every channel depends on. Ads point at it. Search points at it. AI tools cite it. Social sends people to it. Fix the hub and every spoke converts better for the same spend, which is why I usually want to look here before scaling traffic into anything.

Plain English

What a site actually has to do.

Two things, and neither is decorative. Load fast enough that nobody leaves before it appears, and make the next step obvious enough that a distracted person on a phone takes it without thinking. Everything else is in service of those.

That means the way to contact you is always within reach, not buried behind a menu. It means clear pages for the things you sell and the places you serve, which is also what gives search engines something to rank. And it means removing every step between wanting to act and acting: no ten-field forms, no dead ends, no hunting for a phone number.

It also means the site is built to be the foundation of your search presence rather than a brochure that happens to exist. Service pages and location pages are what rank. A site with one page and a contact form gives Google almost nothing to work with.

Why It Matters

Why it's the highest-leverage fix.

Improving a landing page by a few percentage points quietly raises the return on every dollar you spend everywhere else, permanently. Doubling ad spend gets you more leads at the same cost. Fixing the page you send them to gets you more leads at a lower cost. One of those compounds and one of those just costs more.

The Process

How I build your site.

No black boxes. Here is exactly what the work is.

01

Plan for the conversion first

Before design, we map what you sell, who's landing, and what the next step should be. Design decisions get much easier once that's settled.

02

Build it fast and lean

Quick-loading pages, mobile first, because that's where most of your visitors are and where slow sites lose them fastest.

03

Structure it to rank

Real pages for your services and your areas, organized so search engines and AI systems can read and trust them.

04

Make contacting you effortless

Clear calls to action, short forms, and a phone number that's never more than a glance away.

05

Wire up tracking

Forms, calls, and analytics, so you can see which pages and channels produce customers rather than just visits.

06

Launch, then refine

Sites aren't finished at launch. I watch how people actually behave and tune the pages that should be converting better.

Straight Answer

Is this right for you right now?

A good fit if

Your current site is slow, hard to use on a phone, or simply isn't producing contacts, and you're planning to send paid or organic traffic to it. Fixing the hub before scaling traffic is almost always the higher-return order.

Let's wait if

If your site is already fast and converting well, you may not need a rebuild. Sometimes the honest answer is targeted fixes or a few new pages rather than starting over, and I'd rather say that than sell you a project you don't need.

No Commitment

Start with one decisive move.

Fixed scope, fixed price, no monthly contract. It shows you exactly how I work before you consider anything ongoing.

Questions

Website Design, answered.

Why does site speed matter so much?

Because a slow site loses the visitor before it finishes loading, and that visitor goes to a competitor. Since most traffic is mobile and often impatient, every extra second costs you real contacts.

What actually makes a site convert?

An obvious next step, a visible way to contact you, clear information about what you sell, and credibility signals like reviews. The site should guide someone to act on the first visit, not reward them for exploring.

Will a new site help me rank?

A well-structured site is the foundation of ranking. Pages for your services and areas give search engines something to rank, and clean structure helps AI tools understand and cite you.

Do I own the site when it's finished?

Yes. You own the site, the domain, and the content. Everything built for you stays with you if we part ways.

Works Well With

No channel wins alone.

These are the pieces that compound with each other. The playbook only works when they point the same direction.

The playbook is the same everywhere: show up first, look like the obvious choice, convert the click. How it gets applied is not.
